May I ask which country you are accessing it from? You need to download the QNET Tools App first and new publications will be appearing inside of it!
Plus, make sure you are using a tablet (NOT phone).

The reason for it may be some Egypt-specific regulations for Google Play store. It may not be available from some countries and QNET cannot control that.

Hi,
I found the apps in Google play. However, cannot install. It is stuck where it asks for choose the device in which you want to install, I only get one option, Vodafone.. HTC is not compatible. I’m trying to load it in my black berry. Please suggest.
